The Bluestockings Society is a creative media project at the frontier of art, culture and politics. We’re looking for both amateur and experienced writers, artists, and journalists to contribute a piece that could be featured on our website. Article proposals can span a wide range, including painting, theater, cinema, photography, fashion, gastronomy, sports, travel, design, and more, all viewed through a socio-political-cultural lens. Alternatively, you can explore a political, societal, or economic phenomenon of your choice, analysed within the context of an artistic and cultural event or movement. In essence, any topic is welcome, as long as it sits at the crossroads of art, culture, and politics!
We invite you to contribute because we believe everyone should have the opportunity to express ideas that can stem from reflective practices such as contemplation, introspection or even daydreaming, and to develop insights, arguments, and ideological stances from them. We recognise that the arts are all around us, and each of us has a unique and personal connection with them. Our aim is to uncover talent, and we encourage you to share your perspectives on topics that inspire you.
Even though writing can be a challenging endeavor, everyone should have the opportunity to convey their ideas. Should you need it, we’re also available to assist you with editing your articles, or even brainstorming the content!
If our vision resonates with you, don’t wait — send us your draft, idea, or even just a fragment of thought at bluestockingssociety.eu@gmail.com. We’re not looking for perfection, but for voices that dare to think, feel, and imagine otherwise. Whether you’re seasoned or just starting out, what matters is the fire behind your words. And if you know someone whose voice deserves to be heard, pass this along — the Bluestockings Society is a growing constellation, and there’s space here for everyone who believes that art and ideas can shape the world.
Let your voice unfold.
With care,
The Bluestockings Society Team
